Oh my gosh, I had NO IDEA that “Summertime Memory” had a sequel. It is quite possibly my all-time favorite oneshot. But damn, Saika Kunieda knows how to angst like no other. I wasn’t expecting a happy conclusion with a title like “Curse,” but I think I prefer the softer sadness of “Summertime Memory” rather than the harshness of this sequel. Granted, I guess this is the only way it could have ended.

Aside from that, thanks so much for sharing Kunieda’s work with us. She continues to be one my favorites, even though her stories make my heart ache so…

It’s correct and non-confusing

Hm, I’m not sure about that. “Yuu” and “You” are pronounced differently. I considered using “Yoh,” but I’m a stickler for consistency. I want to Romanize names the same way throughout the entire manga.

“Yoh” would be going a bit far.
Anyway, I just finished reading the story,and it’s fantastic .
